Bulby ñ Font License Agreement

This Font License Agreement is entered into between Boboc Mircea ("Designer") and any user or licensee ("User") of the Bulby font ("Font").

License Grant:

Designer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal license to use the Font for personal purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Conditions of Use:

1. User may use the Font in any creative project, including but not limited to design work, websites, and print materials, provided that such projects are not intended for commercial purposes or financial gain. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Font requires a separate and explicit commercial license from the Designer.

2. User may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Font in its original form.

3. User may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Font without Designer's written permission.

Credit Requirement:

To support emerging font designers, Designer kindly requests that User provides credit when using the Font. If possible, please include the following attribution:

1. "Bulby by Mircea Boboc."
2. To express appreciation, Designer would be grateful if you could also include a link to the font's source.

Warranty and Support:

1. The Font is provided "as is." Designer makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Font's fitness for a particular purpose or its quality, and that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate.

2. Designer is not obligated to provide support or updates for the Font.

3. The Designer reserves the right to create and offer improved versions of the Font in the future. Such improved versions may be available for personal and/or commercial licensing, and may be offered on this platform or other platforms. Users may choose to license these improved versions for a fee, if they wish.

Termination:

1. Designer may terminate this Agreement if User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Font.
